Digital Transition Program 2026
Is this the year your company takes its great technological leap forward?
The Provincial Council of Bizkaia has just announced the launch of the Digital Transition 2026 Program. This call offers non-repayable grants to help local companies not only modernize but also improve their competitive positioning and reduce their ecological footprint through the use of advanced technologies

Time is a critical factor, especially for Line 1, which is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Application opening: Monday, May 4, 2026.
Deadline for Line 2 (Advanced): May 22, 2026 (at 1:30 PM).
Deadline for Line 1 (Basic): June 12, 2026 (at 1:30 PM).
Execution period: Projects must be carried out between January 1, 2025, and June 30, 2027.
🛠️ Which line fits your project?
The program is divided into two areas based on your staff size and technical complexity:
1. Basic Digitalization Line (L1)
Designed for companies with between 5 and 50 employees.
Objective: To improve processes through technologies such as e-commerce, ERP, logistics, industrial automation, or cybersecurity.
Grant: Up to €25,000 maximum subsidy.
Important: Awarded by order of receipt of complete applications.
2. Advanced Digitalization Line (L2)
For companies with between 5 and 250 employees.
Objective: Disruptive projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Digital Twins (3D Simulation), or Computer Vision.
Grant: Up to €120,000 in total.

✅ Who can apply?
To be a beneficiary, your company must meet these requirements:
Location: Registered office and tax residence in Bizkaia, with a production center in the territory.
Sectors: Industry, Construction, Transport, Services related to industry, Tourism, and Wholesale Trade.
Identity: Must have an electronic signature (Izenpe, DNIe, B@kQ) for processing.
